Role Overview

As a Banking and Investment Consultant Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing full-cycle recruitment processes within the banking and investment space
• Cultivating strong relationships with senior-level clients across global financial institutions
• Advising both clients and candidates on market trends and hiring strategies
• Sourcing, interviewing, and presenting high-calibre candidates for front-office and mid-office roles
• Partnering on retained and exclusive searches
• Representing the business at financial and professional networking events

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience in financial services recruitment or direct industry exposure in banking/investment
• A solid understanding of capital markets, investment banking, or asset management
• A consultative, professional approach to client and candidate interactions
• Excellent communication, research, and relationship-building skills
