Telemarketing Executive

Berry Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Telemarketing Executive to work with our client based in Solihull. You would be working on behalf of our clients, contacting businesses to make qualified sales appointments, generate leads, update company information, complete telephone surveys on behalf of clients with their customers.

You will need to have worked in a similar role and be confident and tenacious when making calls to businesses. This role is flexible and can be taken on either a part time or full-time basis.

Job Title: Telemarketing Executive

Pay Rate: 11.44 per hour - Commission based

Location: Shirley, Solihull

Progression

The progression route for those interested would be to work towards the role of a Senior Telemarketing Executive and then a Team Leader, both offering different pay structures

Skills and experience

• Experience working within a similar role, making outbound calls.
• Able to achieve a dial target of at least 175 dials per day (depending on campaign)
• Confident to deliver calls to senior decision makers in companies such as MD, FD, HRD. Marketing Director
• Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
• Excellent spoken English and a good clear telephone voice
• Good time management and ability to meet deadlines
• Self-motivated
• Work well within a team and as an individual
• Live within a commutable distance to Shirley, Solihull
