Location: Crawley

Hours: 0800hrs – 1630hrs

Pay: £15 p/h

The Role

We are recruiting an Accounts Payable Finance Administrator on behalf of our client based in Crawley.

As part of the finance team, you will be responsible for managing the purchase ledger, ensuring invoices are processed accurately, reviewing supplier statements, and supporting the wider finance function with general administration and holiday cover.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process purchase ledger invoices from receipt to payment
• Allocate payments, review supplier accounts, and resolve debit balances
• Generate payment run reports for review and manage urgent payments
• Resolve supplier disputes efficiently
• Assist with travel and fuel expense processing
• Monitor and manage the finance email inbox
• Provide wider finance support, including holiday cover

Requirements:

• Previous experience within an Accounts Payable or similar role would be preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in numerical work
• Good Excel skills and strong general IT knowledge
• Ability to prioritise workloads and meet strict deadlines
• Previous experience of working with SAGE software is required for this position
