We're seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to lead on-site sales and deliver an exceptional buying experience for purchasers at an exciting new residential development in South West London.About the Role As the on-site Sales Executive, you'll be the face of the development - managing the full sales journey from initial enquiry through to completion. You'll drive sales performance, maintain strong relationships with local agents, and ensure the marketing suite and show homes reflect the highest possible standards.Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day running of the on-site marketing suite
• Handle enquiries, viewings, and follow-ups to maximise sales conversions
• Build relationships with local agents to drive referral sales
• Report weekly on sales activity, visitor feedback, and KPIs
• Support marketing campaigns, launch events, and open days
• Provide valuable competitor and market insight
• Deliver a first-class customer experience throughout the sales process

About You

• Proven new homes sales experience, ideally within South West London
• Confident communicator with strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Organised, proactive, and target-driven
• Skilled in CRM systems and sales reporting
• A team player with a customer-first mindset
• Passionate about property and creating a great buying experience
