Monday to Friday Sous Chef job in London, Role Overview:

This Sous Chef position is responsible for supporting the Head Chef in leading the team which provides fresh, high-quality food for staff within a leading corporate office. You will be working with highly generous budgets for the food offering, and you will have consistent input to the offering which can change on a daily basis. For this reason; the role will suit a skilled Chef who has a genuine passion for food and wants to utilise that passion every day at work.

This is a hands-on role, leading the team from the front on a day-to-day basis. But as this is a role within contract catering, you will also need to be able to be comfortable with the paperwork side of the role such as stocks, ordering systems, menu planning etc.

As a key and valued member of the leadership team, the ideal candidate will be a strong leader who can guide, nurture and manage the team beneath them.

Monday to Friday Sous Chef job in London, Required Experience:

• Strong experience as a skilled Chef in a fresh food environment is non-negotiable, as you will be working with a wide variety of produce (including menu planning).
• Strong leadership qualities (ideally already working at Sous Chef level)
