Job Title: Site Manager

Location: Edmonton, North London

Project: 3.5m New Build Extension

Salary: 65k plus company van and expences or eqivelent day rate CIS.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Site Manager to oversee a 3.5m new build extension project in Edmonton, North London. This project involves piling, steel frame construction, cladding, and internal fit-out. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic team and ensure the successful delivery of a high-profile project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all on-site activities, including piling, steel frame construction, cladding, and internal fit-out, ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Programme the build process
• Implement and maintain health and safety protocols on site.
• Monitor progress and prepare regular reports for senior management.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on similar projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field.
