The Role:
As a Designer, you ll be pivotal in developing and executing design projects, collaborating with the team to bring creative concepts to life. You will:

• Develop tailored design solutions, ensuring bespoke concepts for every client
• Translate ideas into compelling 2D and 3D renderings for client pitches
• Curate and develop visually striking pitch documentation
• Create block plans, space planning layouts, and detailed design drawings
• Research and select appropriate materials, finishes, and furnishings
• Lead client-facing meetings for design development and approvals
• Collaborate with technical designers, other creatives, and project managers to ensure seamless execution

About You:

• Strong design sensibility with an ability to articulate and present ideas confidently
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate closely
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, InDesign
• SketchUp and Enscape would be a bonus
• Experience in Interior Design (Office Fit-Out experience is a plus)
