Branch Manager - Kitchen Design/Trade Sector
Are you a dynamic and experienced leader with a proven track record of successfully managing high-turnover stores and teams of 10 or more staff members? Do you have a passion for kitchen design and sharp business acumen? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!
Our client is a well-known and respected Kitchen Design trade led company that prides itself on delivering top-notch quality and innovative design solutions to our customers and trade. With a strong commitment to excellence, they are expanding their reach and opening new stores across the UK. We are now looking for several Branch Managers, to join the business in around the East London area. You could be based in Romford, Stratford, Harlow, Chelmsford and Thurrock areas. You would be joining the business at Branch Manager level with a store to be assigned after successful completion of induction. It is important that you have flexibility across this region as you'll be spending time in different training stores as you learn about the business. You'll wore every other Saturday until 12pm, however no Sunday's or late nights just with this being a trade led business.
Branch Manager - Responsibilities
- Leading and motivating a diverse team of 10+ staff members to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Overseeing all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer engagement.
- Developing and executing effective sales and marketing strategies to drive footfall and boost revenue.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and industry partners.
- Analysing sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.
- Providing regular reports and updates to senior management.
Branch Manager - Required Skills
- Proven experience in successfully managing high-turnover stores and teams of 10 or more staff members. Typically, £2-6 Million per annum T/O
- A background in retail, preferably within home improvement, interior design, or related industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving goals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Analytical and strategic thinking abilities to drive business growth.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Branch Manager - Benefits
- Competitive base salary of £40-45K per annum.
- Company car, and fixed annual bonus based on performance to be discussed at interview. Typically bonus 1st year more than £5K, rising to £15K and beyond in time.
