You'll work closely with the SENCo, class teachers, and specialist staff to support children with a range of needs including Autism, Speech and Language Difficulties, and SEMH challenges. The school offers a supportive environment where both pupils and staff are encouraged to flourish.
Role Responsibilities
Deliver 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEN
Collaborate with teachers and SEN specialists to tailor support
Assist in creating and reviewing personalised learning plans
Foster communication skills, independence, and self-confidence in pupils
Access to ongoing training and development (ideal for aspiring Educational Psychologists, Therapists or Teachers)
The Ideal Candidate
A degree in Psychology (2:1 or above preferred)
A passion for inclusive education and supporting children with SEN
Empathetic, resilient, and proactive
Experience with children in any capacity (school, voluntary, family) is desirable
Long-term interest in child development, psychology, or education careers
