About Care to Grow

The role

Volunteer Buddies provide weekly check-ins with children who need extra support, giving them a meaningful break from the classroom, helping them feel more regulated, and enabling them to return to learning ready to engage.

"This isn't about being an expert, it's about showing up consistently, building a genuine relationship, and becoming a trusted adult in a child's life." Care to Grow Buddy
