Account/ Facilities Manager

Rubicon Consulting is currently recruiting an Account/Facilities Manager on a 3 Month Contract based in Central London.

This position is INSIDE IR35

9.00am-5pm with flexibility

Required to start ASAP

Specific Tasks and Responsibilities

Account Manager required to assist in mobilising and embedding a new contract.

Role involves client management, management of a team of remotely based engineers, subcontractor and commercial management

To deliver Hard FM services including Planned Preventative Maintenance on Statutory and non-Statutory activities and reactive call-outs

Must have minimum 5 years at senior management level experience in the FM industry, preferably with rail experience but this is not essential.

Candidate will hold RICS, Engineering qualification, degree qualified or equivalent
