We are currently partnered with a 5 Housebuilder based in East London, who are looking to appoint an experienced Development Manager/ Senior Development Manager to join their dynamic team in East London.

Our client build large, complex, regeneration schemes within the M25.

Job description

Our client are looking for an individual who ideally has experience of working on London based projects, 200+ units. Ideally, you will have experience in working on projects from land acquisition, taking projects through planning to start on site.

Essential experience

• Experience working with a London based developer or housebuilder
• Experience in working on projects in excess of 200 units
