Product Controller

We are partnered with a top Global Bank who are currently looking for a product controller to join their London Team. In this role you will be acting as a critical link between the Front Office and the broader Finance team, leveraging specialist product knowledge to resolve daily P&L disagreements promptly and ensure agreement with the Front Office is documented.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide analytical support to Global Equities desks.
• Act as the main point of contact for Front Office queries.
• Perform daily P&L and Balance Sheet reconciliations.
• Prepare daily P&L reports with commentary.
• Report and reconcile daily commissions, resolving trader queries.
• Manage and settle intra-group commissions.
• Prepare monthly reconciliations and accounting entries.

You will need:

• ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or similar accounting qualification.
• Experience in Capital Markets, Cash Equities and Equity Derivatives.
• Strong accounting knowledge and Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
• Understanding of trading systems and operational controls.
