The garden sparks their senses, encourages exploration, and deepens their understanding of the environment in a fun, engaging way. What We re Looking For:

• A nurturing leader with a strong background in early years education.
• Experience managing a nursery setting and leading a team with enthusiasm and energy.
• A passion for fostering a fun, safe, and stimulating learning environment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with parents, children, and staff.
• A solid understanding of relevant regulations and early years frameworks.

What You ll Do:

• Lead and support our dedicated team to deliver outstanding care and education.
• Ensure the nursery runs smoothly and efficiently, meeting all regulatory standards.
• Build strong relationships with parents and families, keeping them engaged in their child s progress.
• Develop and implement exciting and creative activities to inspire the children s learning.
