MEP Manager - Luxury Residential - St Johns Wood

£75,000 - £85,000 + Package

Our client is a leading main contractor working in the residential sector in London. They have recently secured a prime residential contract in North London delivering 121 bed private care home and 9 super prime apartments. The project will have 9 storeys and a single storey basement. This is a high specification, prestigious scheme.

You:

We are looking for a MEP Manger who has experience of working on new build projects, ideally residential although this isn t a prerequisite.

You will be responsible for the delivery of the MEP services for the scheme ensuring time, quality and budget requirements are achieved.

Duties:

• Ensure services are delivered to project scope and programme
• Manage both quality assurance and quality control
• Client liaison and reporting
• Technical appraisals and compliance reviews
• Co-ordination with other services
• Risk identification, Mitigation and management
• Management of design information and change control

Qualifications/Experience:

• Knowledge of Building Sector (preferably residential).
• Previous Main Contractor employment would be ideal but not essential, Engineering Consultancy and M&E Subcontractor backgrounds also considered.
• Good communication skills.
• Relevant industry qualification (Degree / HND / HNC etc).
