Quantity Surveyor

An established bespoke project management, building surveying and cost consultancy practice is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their London team. This role offers an opportunity to manage a variety of residential, commercial, and industrial projects from concept to completion, providing valuable pre and post-contract support within a collaborative team environment.

Quantity Surveyor Role

The Quantity Surveyor will oversee multiple projects across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors in London, managing the process from initial concept through to completion. You will be responsible for:

• Pre and post-contract duties
• Cost planning and management
• Risk analysis and mitigation
• Tender documentation and evaluation
• Collaboration with clients and stakeholders
• Reporting and documentation management

The Quantity Surveyor Requirements

• BSc/MSc in Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree
• MRICS or currently working towards
• Experience within a private practice/consultancy
• Strong pre and post-contract knowledge
