Role and Responsibilities:

Overall responsibility to maximize sales opportunities
Work with estimating team to review incoming enquiries and clarify any queries/discrepancies with contractor by raising RFI's - confirmation in writing if possible
Follow up project quotations, negotiating to secure orders, ensuring relevant notes recorded on HubSpot, close dates updated etc.
Working with the Estimating/Pre-Con team on any queries during the tender process
Comprehensive hand over of secured projects to Project Manager in conjunction with estimator, ensuring all paper and electronic files in good order
Keep up to date with product developments, particularly non standard product or key issues that may have been discussed during the tender/pre con period
Working with Sales Director to develop annual territory sales plan and individual account plans for key accounts, monitor progress
Network with customers and suppliers to build network of contacts
Adhere to all relevant company processes
