Remuneration: £55,000 - £65,000 + bonus

Benefits: Pension, 25 days annual leave The role of the Estimator - Facades will involve:

• Estimator position dealing with various architectural external finishes inclusive of but not limited to GRC, brickslips, terracotta, renders, aluminium and HPL cladding.
• Reviewing tender enquiries to gain an understanding of project requirements
• Liaising with clients to acquire any additional information required
• Liaise with suppliers and manufactures to obtain competitive prices
• Carrying out site surveys as and when required
• Producing formal quotations to clients
• Keep good documentation of tenders and quotations on internal database
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors and vendors
• Prioritising workload to ensure deadlines are met
• Estimating for projects from £500k - £25m

The ideal applicant will be an Estimator - Facades with:

• Must have estimating experience within the cladding / façade / building envelope industry
• Strong understanding of rainscreen and curtain walling is highly advantageous
• Understanding of Onscreen Takeoff software package
• Must be an outgoing character who will be an integral part of the team
• High levels of organisation and excellent time management
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills
• Proactive and motivated individual with strong commercial awareness
