Seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join the team at a Post-16 College.

Job Details

- Position: Learning Support Assistant (LSA)
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
- Pay: £85 - £115 per day

Responsibilities

- Support students with diverse needs, including wheelchair users, Down Syndrome, SEMH, anxiety, ASD, and ADHD
- Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to create a comprehensive and supportive learning environment
- Empower students to reach their full potential through compassion, creativity, and teamwork

Requirements

- A positive and supportive attitude
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Experience working with students with diverse needs (desirable)
