KS2 Teacher - Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the National Curriculum
Assess and evaluate pupils' progress effectively
Take responsibility for leading an area of the curriculum - History or Geography preferred
Provide constructive written and verbal feedback to support pupil development
Foster a positive and creative learning environment
Work closely with colleagues to enhance teaching and learning practices
Identify and support pupils with additional learning needs
Set clear, achievable learning targets for pupils
Ensure safeguarding responsibilities are always met

KS2 Teacher - Person Specification
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
Experience teaching in a UK primary school setting
Strong understanding of the National Curriculum
Passion for child development and education
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Knowledge of a community language is advantageous due to the school's diverse community
