Project Manager Fit Out

FIT OUT PROJECT MANAGER REQUIRED

We are currently looking to hire a Fit Out Project Manager to manage a brand new project based in Holborn, London.

This a long-term position with the first project running for around 35 weeks.

My client are a reputable and respected contractor who have been in the construction sector for over 40+ years.

Location - Holborn, London

Salary - 300 - 350 a day

Start Date - ASAP

The role;

• You will act as Principal Contractor for the purposes of Health and Safety and CDM requirements on the project.
• All the subcontractors will be directly engaged by the Employer.
• You will be responsible for the daily on site co-ordination and interface of the subcontractor works on site.
• Client will be responsible for the engagement, organising and arranging the works contractors.
• Regular meetings to review the overall programme, on site progress, timings, and sequence of the subcontractors, review the performance of subcontractors.
• Arrange on site co-ordination and programme meetings with works contractors.
• Plan and agree the site logistics.

Candidate Requirements

• Reporting to Operations Manager
• Experience working on fit-out projects.
• Ability to plan & deliver a complex project.
• Strong numeracy and report writing skills
• Ability to build & maintain effective relationships with all stakeholders
• Understands commercial realities
• Computer literate and familiar with MS office, project, (or similar scheduling package)
