  • Champion a survivor-led approach, ensuring their voices inform every stage of support.
  • Monitoring service quality and ensuring accurate data collection and timely submission of performance reports and casework records.

We're looking for an experienced IDVA with:

  • A deep understanding of domestic abuse and its impact on victims and children.
  • Strong crisis management and safety planning skills.
  • Experience working within safeguarding procedures and handling sensitive information.
  • A recognised qualification (or working towards one) such as IDVA, ISVA, or ISAC.
  • Proven experience in quality assurance and monitoring, with a keen eye for detail in data recording and reporting.

You'll be calm under pressure, confident in decision-making, and committed to empowering both your team and the survivors you support.
