In this key role, you'll help shape competitive pricing strategies and ensure our customers receive the best value and service in the market.

• Prepare and manage pricing and quotations for Ocean Freight services

• Issue and follow up on quotes to both prospects and existing customers

• Build and maintain strong relationships to support customer retention and satisfaction

• Liaise with multiple internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery

• Negotiate rates with agents and shipping lines to secure the best pricing options

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through calls and client visits

• Experience in freight pricing, operations, or logistics processes

• Solid understanding of either import or export procedures

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Previous experience in ocean freight within a freight forwarding environment (preferred)
