Job Title: Transport Clerk (Maternity Cover)Location: Harlow, EssexPay Rate: £14.40 per hourShifts: Early (06:00-14:00) & Late (14:00-22:00), including alternate weekendsWe are seeking a reliable and motivated Transport Clerk to join our busy team in Harlow on a maternity cover contract. This is a varied role at the heart of our transport operations, supporting both drivers and the warehouse team to ensure everything runs smoothly.Key Responsibilities:

• Debriefing drivers at the end of their shifts
• Handling telephone calls from drivers and customer services
• Data entry (recording mileage and other details)
• Working closely with the warehouse team to organise reloads for returning drivers
• Preparing driver packs for the following day
• Key control and other general transport office duties

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in a transport/logistics environment is essential
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Confident using IT systems; knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 is an advantage
• Flexible and willing to work shifts, including alternate weekends
