UK-based investment management company which specialises in wealth management.
Your new role
You will be reporting to the L&D Manager, assisting with day-to-day running and coordination of training, LMS Management, vendor engagement, alongside responding to L&D queries. You will be assisting with the planning, administration and supporting the efficient and successful delivery of L&D programmes and projects.
Stakeholder management, internal communications across the business, invoice processing.
Working with the wider HR team on various projects including change initiatives.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in an L&D Coordination capacity, within financial or professional services.
Knowledge and understanding of LMS and HR systems
Strong attention to detail, confidence in dealing with stakeholders, efficiency
Supportive and collaborative, culturally aware
Can-do attitude
