We work closely with schools across Chelmsford to provide outstanding educational support, and we are currently seeking a dedicated SEN Learning Support Assistant to join our team.

The Role: As a SEN Learning Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with diverse learning needs. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting teachers in delivering tailored educational programs for students with Special Educational Needs.
• Providing one-on-one support to students, helping them engage with the curriculum and overcome challenges.
• Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters growth and development.
• Collaborating with teachers and other support staff to implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
• Monitoring and reporting on student progress, and adapting support strategies as needed.
• Building strong relationships with students, encouraging their confidence and independence.

What We Are Looking For:

• A passionate and compassionate individual with a genuine interest in supporting children with SEN.
• Experience in a similar role or relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification) is preferred but not essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with students, teachers, and parents.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn and develop professionally.
• A commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment for all students.
