My client is a pioneer within the marketing and communications side of the print industry. Due to continued growth, they re currently seeking an experienced Print Finishing Manager to join their team.

Within the role, you will ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Finishing Department, meeting commercial targets, client SLAs, and production schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Litho & Digital Finishing Department.
• Ensure full knowledge of finishing processes, equipment, and products.
• Oversee staff recruitment, attendance, and discipline.
• Operate and monitor finishing equipment, including folding, guillotining, stitching, binding, and lamination.
• Ensure ISO quality checks and documentation compliance.
• Perform daily machine safety checks and log engineer calls.
• Meet team and individual production targets.
• Maintain a clean, organised workspace.
• Adhere to company policies, including health & safety.
• Work overtime as needed to cover staff shortages.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in print, finishing, or mailing at a managerial level.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage commercial aspects of jobs.
• Team player with resilience and adaptability under pressure.

Salary Benefits

This is a full-time position working on the early shift 7am-3pm.

The salary for this role is based on experience. Plus, benefits include generous holiday allowance, regular overtime, ongoing training and support and company pension.
