Multi Trader

We are currently looking for Multi Traders to work on a social housing contract in the Hammersmith area. This is a permanent position paying £38,000. The job will be carrying out reactive maintenance within tenanted properties, using a PDA and speaking to tenants and planners daily, so good communication skills are essential.

Day to day duties will be reactive repairs including:

• Carpentry
• Plumbing
• Tiling
• Plastering
• Painting & Decorating

Requirements:

• Social housing experience
• Clean DBS
• Full UK driving licence
• Own tools
