Location: Horsham, West Sussex

Shift: Monday-Friday, 08:00-17:30

Pay Rate: £20.00 per hour PAYE, £27.00 per hour LTD

Contract Type: Ongoing, Long-Term Work

We are currently recruiting an experienced MET Technician to join our client’s team in Horsham. This is a great opportunity to work with a leading automotive company, carrying out high-quality mechanical and electrical work on a wide range of vehicles, including electric and hybrid models.

The Role:

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and trim systems
• Conduct ADAS calibrations and wheel alignments
• Carefully strip and prepare vehicles for structural and panel repairs
• Use diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve faults efficiently
• Manage and order replacement parts as needed
• Reassemble vehicles to manufacturer standards with a focus on safety and compliance
• Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure smooth workflow
• Use digital tablets to document repair stages and processes

The Person:

• ATA or IMI qualification (or equivalent)
• Proven experience as an MET Technician
• Full UK driving licence (maximum 6 points - minor offences only)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
