Well Established higher level SEN school in Hounslow is looking currently seeking a full-time Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Coordinator (SENDCo) to join an enthusiastic and open minded team

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) as a minimum requirement
• Prior experience is not essential
• Solid grasp of the principles and practices surrounding special educational needs and disabilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proven capacity to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and external support services
• Familiarity with current SEND-related legislation and policy frameworks
