Software Engineer

Role: C# .NET Developer Location: Milton Keynes (Hybrid)£30,000 - £55,000 DOE Junior to Senior Level Considered

My client, a well-established software solutions company based in Milton Keynes, is looking to expand their in-house development team with the addition of a C# .NET Developer. With a range of exciting new projects underway across fintech, logistics, and data analytics, they're open to speaking with both junior developers looking to grow, and senior developers ready to lead from the front.

You'll be joining a collaborative and agile development team working on scalable web applications and APIs using the latest Microsoft technologies.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Designing, developing, and maintaining web applications and APIs using C# and .NET
• Working across the full software development lifecycle
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and Product
• Supporting deployment and testing processes in Azure environments
• Writing clean, testable, and maintainable code

Tech Stack & Tools:

• C#, .NET Core / .NET 6+
• ASP.NET MVC / Web API
• SQL Server
• JavaScript / TypeScript (React or Angular a bonus)
• Azure DevOps, Git
• Entity Framework, LINQ
• RESTful APIs

What They're Looking For:

• 1+ years' experience in C# / .NET development (open to grads with solid projects)
• OR 4+ years' experience for mid-senior level candidates
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, ideally Azure
• Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn
