Learning Support Assistant - The Role

• Full-time Learning Support Assistant position (Monday-Friday, term time only)
• Work within a nurturing environment supporting children across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
• Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEN
• Liaise with the class teacher and SENCO to implement tailored interventions
• Learning Support Assistant role running through to July 2025

Learning Support Assistant - Requirements

• Previous experience in a Learning Support Assistant or SEN support role preferred
• Confident working with pupils with a range of additional needs
• Calm, patient and nurturing approach
• A strong communicator who works well as part of a team
• Learning Support Assistant must be available to work full-time until July 2025
