Salary: 25,000 to 29,000 ( 40,000 OTE)

Role Overview:
A dynamic and customer-focused Sales Advisor is being sought to join their team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving sales and ensuring a seamless experience for potential buyers, from initial inquiry through to property handover.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Using CRM systems to identify and contact potential sales leads.
• Social Media Engagement: Managing and responding to social media inquiries to generate interest and schedule property viewings.
• Client Interaction: Welcoming and engaging with prospective buyers, assessing their needs, and determining suitability for purchase.
• Property Viewings: Conducting informative and persuasive property tours, highlighting key features and benefits.
• Sales Process Management: Guiding clients through the sales journey, addressing queries, and providing support to ensure a positive experience.
• Handover Coordination: Assisting in the finalization of sales and coordinating the handover process to new homeowners.
