Senior Project Manager - £60,000 - £75,000 - Milton Keynes - Site basedThe Situation & Role OverviewA Rail Industry expert are looking to hire a Senior PM to expand their Project Management capabilities and strengthen programme delivery and standardisation across a busy, high-complexity engineering environment. You'll take ownership of multiple programmes-both existing and new-with responsibility for forecasting, governance, revenue performance and client delivery.Operating in a fast-paced, reactive environment, you'll act as a steady, experienced hand who can bring structure, consistency, and confidence across a wide portfolio.

This is an opportunity to join a market leading company in a Senior position and manage the delivery of a range of programmes with key rail industry clients. Overtime, there is scope to line manage an existing team of Project Managers. As a Senior PM, you will have a high degree of autonomy and have control of: Delivery, Client Ownership, Financial Control, Governance & more.Key Responsibilities

Location Milton Keynes - Site based position Salary£60,000 - £75,000 (dependent on experience level)Benefits

Essential Experience

• Project Management experience in heavy engineering / rolling stock
• Relevant certifications & Quals - APM/Prince2 or equivalent
• Strong client management experience - Clients are regularly on site here.
• Ability to manage reactive environments with shifting priorities
• Confident communicator who adapts to senior, technical, and operational audiences
