Amenities Host

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional service and creating unforgettable experiences? We're seeking a professional and personable Amenities Host to join the front-of-house team at a prestigious residential development.

As the first point of contact for residents and their guests, you'll play a vital role in providing a warm welcome, ensuring a seamless experience, and maintaining the high standards of service expected in a luxury environment.

Location: East London

Salary: £32,000 per annum

Hours: 4 on 4 off (12 hour shifts)

Key Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests with professionalism and a personal touch.
• Assist with bookings and management of on-site amenities (e.g. lounges, cinema rooms, fitness facilities, co-working spaces).
• Support residents with day-to-day queries, requests, and lifestyle services.
• Ensure all communal spaces are presented to an impeccable standard.
• Work closely with the wider front-of-house and building management team to deliver a five-star residential experience.

About You

• Previous experience in hospitality, concierge, or customer-facing roles.
• A natural people-person with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organised with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and approach at all times.
• Flexible and proactive, with a genuine passion for service.
