Year 3 Teacher - Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging and creative lessons aligned with the National Curriculum
Assess, monitor, and evaluate pupils' progress effectively
Take responsibility for leading a subject area - History or Geography preferred
Provide clear and constructive feedback to support student development
Create an inclusive and stimulating learning environment
Work closely with colleagues to develop and enhance teaching strategies
Identify and support pupils with additional learning needs
Set high expectations for pupil achievement and progress
Ensure all safeguarding responsibilities are met

Year 3 Teacher - Person Specification
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
Experience teaching in a UK primary school
Strong understanding of the National Curriculum
Passion for child development and education
Excellent classroom management and organisational skills
Knowledge of a community language is an advantage due to the school's diverse community
