Residential Conveyancer

Our client is a highly reputable law firm with multiple locations across the Kent area are looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their busy team in Tonbridge.

The successful candidate will manage a caseload consisting of a mix of residential and commercial property matters (when required) to include freehold/leasehold sales and purchase, lease renewals, re-mortgages and deeds of surrender.

Duties will include:

• Managing a caseload from instruction through to completion.
• Drafting various legal documentation.
• Effectively maintain the firm s case management system.
• Ensuring all post completion formalities are dealt with.
• Conduct legal research where appropriate.
• Providing a responsive service, giving clear and concise legal advice.
• Attend to clients of the Firm on a regular basis.

Skills required:

• Residential Property fee earning experience essential of at least 3 years PQE +.
• Proven track record of meeting targets.
• Solid legal knowledge within the conveyancing process.
