A growing construction consultancy is seeking a Part-Time Health & Safety Consultant to support their expanding workload.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a flexible environment and is confident working independently with construction clients.
Working Hours: 2/3 days per week, flexible with core hours (e.g., 9am-3:30pm)

- Build long-term relationships with clients while playing a key role in improving site safety standards
Key Responsibilities - Conduct up to two site inspections per day across Home Counties and London
- Develop and review risk assessments, method statements, and Construction Phase Plans (CPPs)
- Support the development and implementation of company policies and procedures
- Maintain ISO accreditations through internal auditing and compliance checks
- Assist in accident investigations and provide proactive advice to improve site safety standards
- Manage a mix of project-based and retained client work
- Requirements
Essential: - NEBOSH General Certificate
- CSCS Card
- Minimum of 2 years' construction-related experience
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage workload independently
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with clients and site teams
Desirable: - NEBOSH Construction Certificate
- Tech IOSH membership
- Experience working in a consultancy environment
Benefits - £50,000 - £55,000 (Pro Rata)
- Mileage paid at 45p per mile
- Pro-rata 20 days annual leave
