A leading hard services contractor specialising in Building Services and Air Conditioning maintenance for mobile and multi residential sites has a key requirement for a polite well-spoken, personable Contract Administrator to work in London nd surrounding areas paying up to 25k

As a Contract Administrator, you will be:

• Contract Administrator will be working with MS Office packages
• Contract Administrator will check all incoming emails daily and respond in a timely manner
• Contract Administrator will be doing the day to day running of the engineer's diary
• Contract Administrator will be answering all incoming client requests
• Contract Administrator will be dealing with all customer queries complaints and problem solving
• Contract Administrator role would be suitable for someone looking to gain more experience in an administrator role
• Contract Administrator must be able to work on own initiative but also in a team environment
• Contract Administrator will be assisting engineers with any day-to-day issues

As a Contract Administrator, you must have:

• Contract Administrator will be experienced in maintenance contracts administration within M&E, HVAC, or Facilities Maintenance
• Contract Administrator with E-works system would be an advantage
• Contract Administrator to have experience in an administrator role
• Contract Administrator will be commutable distance to Aylesbury

Contract Administrator - 25k basic dependent on experience + package + pension
