Location: North London & Surrounding Counties Employment Type: Full-Time Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Salary: Negotiable, based on experience Overtime: Opportunities available, paid at 1.5x hourly rate

The Role

We're seeking a Mobile Building Services Engineer - Electrical Qualifying Supervisor (QS) to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow within a supportive company that invests in its people.

Key Responsibilities:

• Electrical maintenance, minor installations, and repairs across a varied portfolio
• Compliance with MEP schedules and standards
• Fault finding and resolution of electrical issues
• Coordination with other trades and team members
• Maximum of 3 sites per day to travel between
• All work is local to North London and surrounding counties

Qualifications & Skills

• 2391 Testing & Inspection - Essential
• Level 3 Electrical Installation or equivalent
• 18th Edition
• Full UK Driving Licence (maximum 3 points)
• Strong electrical engineering background in maintenance, repair, and installation
• Basic plumbing knowledge (advantageous)
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Positive, can-do attitude
