• Provide one-to-one and small group support to children, tailoring your approach to their individual needs

• Relevant qualifications in Early Years, Education, or a related field
• Previous experience working in an EYFS setting, preferably in a teaching assistant role

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient and nurturing approach
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities
