Electrical Maintenance Engineer

We're recruiting for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our client on a brand new contract based in Liverpool Street! You will be joining a rapidly growing, well renowned building service provider. You'll receive all the necessary opportunities to grow further in your career, exposure to a high end commercial contract and be valued within our client's team.
As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for the planned and preventive maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems, actively fault find / troubleshoot, carry out general building maintenance duties, update logbooks and ensure you're representing the company in a positive manner.
The successful candidate for this role will be fully qualified in Electrical Installations / Engineering (C&G / NVQ / EAL or equivalent), at least 3 years experience as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer and have a good understanding of commercial building maintenance.

- PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive maintenance
- Electrical Fault-Finding
- Single & Three Phase Power
- Emergency Lighting
- Fire Alarms
- BMS Operation
- AHUs
- FCUs
- Generators
- VAV/VRFs
- Water Treatment (Tap Tests, Dosing, Cooling Tower Checks, etc).
- Cooling Towers
- Pumps & Motors
- Site Folders, E-logbooks, Managing Contractors, Audits, Quotations
Electrical Maintenance Engineer Requirements:
- Fully qualified in Electrical Installations / Engineering (C&G / NVQ / EAL or equivalent)
- At least 3 years experience as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer
- Client facing attitude
- Good understanding of commercial building maintenance
Salary and Package:
- £45,000 - £47,000 per annum
- Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
- Zones 1 and 2 travel card
- Exposure to a new contract
- Overtime available
- Room for progression
