Chef / Sous Chef

We're recruiting for a talented Chef or Sous Chef to join a well-established hospitality venue known for delivering high-quality food and exceptional service. You'll work alongside an experienced Catering Manager in a busy commercial kitchen, supporting daily dining service as well as large social functions, weddings, and private events.

The ideal candidate will take pride in producing excellent food, maintaining high standards of hygiene and organisation, and contributing new ideas to enhance the menu and dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and deliver quality meals to agreed specifications

• Ensure a clean, safe, and organised kitchen environment

• Source and purchase high-quality produce

• Manage stock control and costings

• Demonstrate a solid understanding of cooking methods, ingredients, and equipment

• Foster a positive and professional team environment
