About the role:

As a Behaviour Mentor in Hounslow, London, you ll play a pivotal role in supporting students with challenging behaviour and special educational needs. Working closely with dedicated staff in a school rated 'Outstanding' by Ofsted, you ll have the opportunity to develop positive relationships and make a lasting impact on student wellbeing and academic success.

Key responsibilities of a Behaviour Mentor:

• Provide tailored support to students with special educational needs.
• Assist children with challenging behaviour, using empathy and excellent communication skills.

What you ll need to succeed:

• A minimum 2:1 degree from a Top 20 UK University.

• Pay: £444-£513 weekly via PAYE (including holiday pay)
