Technical Coordinator

Our client is a highly regarded and award winning house builder who, with an excellent land bank and project pipeline, are looking to add an experienced Technical Coordinator to what is already a high performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in managing the preparation of information required for clearance of all planning conditions.
• Ensure thorough co-ordination between all consultants to prevent any adopting, conflicting or maintenance issues during construction of the development.
• Secure Building Regulations/Statutory approvals
• Prepare Working Drawings and Collate all supporting information
• Provide technical support for Production sites
