About the Role:

• Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons tailored to meet the needs of pupils with a variety of SEND requirements.
• Foster a nurturing and inclusive environment that encourages learning, growth, and independence.
• Work collaboratively with support staff, families, and external agencies to ensure the best outcomes for each child.

About You:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience working with children with SEND in a classroom setting.
• Experience working with ASD and SLD.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive, resilient, and adaptable approach to teaching.
