Solution47 Recruitment are looking for an experienced Operations Manager with a passion for driving efficiencies and leading teams within the automotive sector?

This is a fantastic opportunity to oversee and progress the whole Operations function to include logistics, stock preparation and workshop repairs.

Salary Expectation 55,000- 65,000 + Car Allowance + Free lunch daily.

Hours: Monday - Friday 7am-4:30pm

Our client specialise in buying innovative large machinery in their field.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Construction/automotive experience
• Previous Operations Experience
• Proven track record of management skills
• Great communication and team player
