PMO Manager - SAP SuccessFactors / Talent Acquisition

One of our public sector clients is seeking an experienced PMO Manager with strong SAP SuccessFactors (or ATS) Talent Acquisition expertise to drive consistency, governance and operational excellence across multiple TA workstreams. This role is focused on embedding consistent processes, strengthening reporting, and improving recruitment enablement across divisions.

You will bring together multiple TA projects, ensuring standardised approaches to planning, tracking and delivery. With hands-on experience of Talent Acquisition systems, you will act as the bridge between technical teams and end users, solidifying SuccessFactors reporting and ensuring high-quality outputs. Your work will enhance operational efficiency, streamline workflows and help deliver a unified TA strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex TA programmes aligned to strategic recruitment objectives
• Establish consistent PMO standards, processes, trackers and project plans
• Consolidate cross-division workstreams, track KPIs and produce insightful reporting
• Partner with Senior Recruitment Business Partners to support pan-organisation collaboration
• Drive continuous improvement, embedding tools, frameworks and education into BAU
• Coordinate capacity planning, resource forecasting and cross-portfolio alignment
• Identify risks, dependencies and opportunities for efficiency
• Ensure clear, outcome-based deliverables and well-communicated plans

Essential Skills & Experience

• Strong PMO background with hands-on Talent Acquisition systems (SuccessFactors or ATS) - ESSENTIAL
• Proven delivery of multi-workstream change programmes
• Experience partnering with TA, HR, Technology and senior stakeholders
• Expertise in project management tools, agile delivery and continuous improvement
• Ability to influence, build consensus and communicate effectively across teams
• Experience implementing or optimising recruitment technologies

Day rate on offer is £300 (inside ir35)
