An exciting position has arisen for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team based in Central London

Are you an experienced Project Quantity Surveyor looking to join a fast-paced and dynamic team? We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to manage project financials, control costs, and increase Gross Profit (GP) while ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

About the Role:
As a Project QS, you will collaborate closely with the Project Managers and Design Managers, taking responsibility for controlling costs, driving profitability, and ensuring the financial success of each project. You will oversee project reporting, manage variations, and handle Site Instructions while working to optimise margins wherever possible. Strong communication, both verbal and written, is key as you will be liaising with internal and external stakeholders.

You will also be part of a team managing multiple projects at different stages, so time management and organisational skills are a must.

Key Requirements:

• Proven QS experience, ideally within the construction or related industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong numerical skills and financial acumen.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Commercial awareness with a focus on driving profitability.
• Strong organisation and time management, able to work under pressure.
• Ability to work effectively in a team, with excellent interpersonal skills.
