Senior Surveyor - Affordable Housing Valuation
Central London
Up to £55,000 + £5,000 Car Allowance

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Deliver high-impact valuations for housing associations, councils, and private clients.
  • Craft detailed, RICS-compliant reports that guide major decisions.
  • Build trusted relationships and offer bespoke solutions to complex challenges.
  • Provide strategic viability advice for landmark housing and regeneration projects.

? Projects You Could Be Leading:
  • Advising a government department on a major London housing scheme.
  • Valuing land for the development of affordable homes.
  • Supporting shared ownership sales with updated valuation reports.
  • Producing market insights for town centre regeneration initiatives.

About You:
  • MRICS Chartered Surveyor & Registered Valuer.
  • 3+ years post-qualification experience.
  • Passionate about affordable housing - or eager to grow in this space.
  • Skilled in Argus Developer and financial appraisals.
  • A proactive team player ready to expand our valuation and regeneration offering.
